JEAN MOSAMBI - ILLUSTRATEUR SERIGRAPHE - TARBES

Jean Mosambi is the pseudonym of Loïc Morin, a self-taught graphic designer

and illustrator based in a small village in the Hautes-Pyrénées.

Since his debut in 2010, he has used vintage as a source of inspiration. First,

he created the covers of his own compilations, Ten Songs A Week, which are

exercises in style and learning. Then, professionally, from 2012 onwards, by

searching for fonts or illustrations lost and then fished out of the depths of the

World Wild Web.

He produces gigposters for musical events, in particular French jazz concerts

and festivals. He divides his time between Tarbes, Paris, cigarette puffs and

wood chores.
